1. Eligibility & Jurisdictional Limits
Interaction with the NewLottoPlay probability grid constitutes a binding legal agreement. Access is structurally restricted to individuals who have reached the absolute minimum age of 18 years. Age validation is not a passive request; it is an active, heavily enforced protocol using government-issued documentation cross-referenced against independent identity verification databases.
Furthermore, operational eligibility is constrained by rigid jurisdictional boundaries. You must be physically located within an approved Australian state or territory at the exact moment of coordinate transmission. Use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any network manipulation designed to mask your true geographic origin is a severe breach of these terms. Our telemetry actively detects and flags geographic anomalies. If jurisdictional obfuscation is confirmed, the offending identity profile will be immediately nullified, and all active plotted coordinates will be voided without recourse or capital refund.
Employees, direct contractors, auditors, and immediate family members of NewLottoPlay operational staff are strictly prohibited from grid participation to maintain unassailable draw integrity.
2. Ticket Purchasing Validity Rules
A coordinate plot (ticket purchase) is not deemed valid until the specific mathematical string is successfully locked into our centralized, encrypted ledger and a corresponding receipt hash is generated and assigned to your identity profile. Transmission delays, localized network interruptions, or client-side display errors do not constitute a valid entry.
The cut-off protocol for any given draw epoch is hardcoded and unyielding. Any capital transmission received milliseconds after the designated lockout period will be automatically rejected or, if processed, applied sequentially to the subsequent draw epoch. NewLottoPlay assumes zero liability for missed entries due to user-side latency or gateway processor delays. The authoritative ledger on our primary servers represents the sole source of truth regarding ticket validity.
Syndicate managers hold total responsibility for accurate capital distribution within their node. Once a collective block is locked for a draw, internal line ownership cannot be restructured, contested, or altered through our support dispatch.
3. Prize Claim Limitations & Deadlines
The realization of a successful coordinate match initiates a strict procedural timeline. Payouts are not guaranteed indefinitely. A mandatory 14-day primary claim window commences precisely at the timestamp of the verified draw completion. During this period, the verified account holder must initiate the claim protocol via our secure portal.
Claims exceeding an established high-value threshold (typically above $10,000 AU) are subject to mandatory secondary verification. This may require physical notarization of identity documents or an in-person audit interview at our corporate governance headquarters. Refusal to comply with extended verification protocols will result in the immediate suspension of the disbursement flow.
If the 14-day window expires without a valid claim initiation, the funds are legally transferred to a holding escrow. After a further designated statutory period, these unclaimed funds are irrevocably dispersed to state-approved community infrastructure projects. NewLottoPlay will not process appeals for expired claim windows under any circumstances.
4. Account Termination Clauses
NewLottoPlay operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding platform manipulation. We reserve the unilateral right to instantly terminate any identity profile, freeze associated capital, and permanently ban individuals without prior notice if structural breaches are detected.
Triggers for immediate termination include, but are not limited to: submission of forged KYC documentation, attempts to reverse-engineer the mechanical RNG interface, coordinated network attacks, utilization of automated scripting bots for high-velocity coordinate plotting, or any action deemed to compromise the integrity of the probability grid.
In the event of account termination for a terms violation, all active, unresolved tickets are immediately voided. Any remaining uncommitted capital balance may be subject to seizure pending legal review, particularly if the termination relates to suspected anti-money laundering (AML) violations. The decisions of the NewLottoPlay Compliance Dispatch regarding account termination are final and not subject to external arbitration.
